A: Start-up will be less than $1,000—possibly a lot less—including system set-up and enough funds in your operating account to operate for several weeks. We will provide a firm proposal based on your goals and the amount of help you ask us to provide.
Q: How do I pay for products and services?
A: A positive cash balance is maintained in your account, normally added by credit card. This balance is charged for initial setup costs and first-month software fees. The amount remaining is "gas in your tank," that pays for postcards you order and for future monthly charges.
Q: Why is there a monthly charge?
A: The Prospector is a Web 2.0 system, providing a set of ongoing services via web-based software. It will be the lowest cost marketing assistant you've ever hired, providing archiving of your communication products and automatic triggering of important communication.
Q: Is there a long-term commitment?
A: No. You replenish your account as needed to continue operation. If you choose not to replenish, the account will go inactive.
Q: How do I know my contact information is secure?
A: The system operates on secured servers, meaning that your data is encrypted when moving on the Internet or archived. Data is backed up daily. Terms and Conditions assure you that your data will not be sold or otherwise used outside the scope of the Prospector program.
Q: Who develops the content for my marketing material?
A: If you work with an agency or designer, content can be uploaded into the system. If you don't have an established relationship for creative, we can assist.
